Hospitality is the heart of my business. I am passionate about it (almost can’t live without it) and also interested in it (rouses my curiosity all the time). Being hospitable, caring for people, seeing them happy; truly happy to be spoilt, gives me the most pleasure. Compare both – my guests are happy at heart and I am also very happy at heart. It’s easier to win peoples wallets when you can win their hearts.
What is the best career advice you ever received?
Combine your passion and interests. When you have to make a decision opt for your passion and let your interests become an integral part of that choice. Interests may change, but you can never live without your passion.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Once you have zoomed in what you want to do, rely on your preparation. You have to be passionate and try to prepare more than anyone else, and put yourself in a position to succeed, and when the moment comes, please do enjoy, relax, breathe and rely on your preparation so that you can perform and not be anxious or filled with doubt. Excel! Be the best!
