Drawing Business Values from Ghanaian Adinkra Symbols
Rita Kusi
Rita Kusi is a Human Resources and Marketing Professional with over ten years’ experience in the field of Marketing and eight years in Human Resources. In 2012, she founded KUSI Consulting, a marketing, training, and recruiting company based in U.S. and Ghana. She is also the Managing Director at threesixtyGh, an online portal showcasing innovation All Over Ghana, which is also a subsidiary of KUSI Consulting. Rita believes strongly that Africans should tell their own stories to empower generation to come and also balance out the stories of how Africa is portrayed in the Western world.
One of the purposes of the threesixtyGh platform is to “empower ideas” and “celebrate our own.” Rita is passionate about empowering the youth and providing a virtual space to access information about everyday people doing great work to develop Ghana.

Prayer, patience, discipline, determination, focus, and good health will get you anywhere you need to go.
