What is your favorite Adinkra Symbol?
Dabi Me Nsoro Mo Bepue because it motivates me to work harder so that one day my star indeed will truly shine
How have values from this Adinkra impacted your career journey?
Scientifically, shining stars in the sky have already lived their lives so I’m working on leaving an indelible mark of a legacy. I understand it’s not an overnight success so patience is the pace I’m learning to stay on.
What is the best career advice you ever received?
I’ve received a lot of advice – the one that I’m currently meditating on comes from The Message version of proverbs 22:29 Observe people who are good at their work- skilled workers are always in demand and admired; they don’t take a backseat to anyone.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Work Hard. It goes beyond getting an education in that area of expertise and physically being that space – work on yourself too. Work on protecting your heart from not being discouraged to, in turn , change your mind.
